Radius formwork has panels of variable curvature. They are interconnected using universal locks, which makes it possible to install the structure in the design position. The height of standard types of shields is on average from 3 to 6 meters. The basis of the radius formwork is a I-beam wooden beam made of coniferous wood, which can change the curvature due to the presence of metal belts. All the components of the formwork system are combined into a single module, which serves for quick concreting of curved walls with a radius of 3 m. After dismantling the radius formwork system, a flat concrete surface remains that does not require any modifications. A simple design and high turnover make it possible to quickly move and assemble the formwork at other sites.
